    Each weekly lesson will take about 15 minutes to read or listen to.  Beyond that, it’s up to you how long you wish to spend on experimentation and engaging in the Facebook community.

    Here’s the great thing about this class.  It’s doable.  Information, strategies, and skills are given in bite-sized pieces so you don’t have to wade through a lot of words to make changes in your life.  And if you have a crazy week, it won’t take you long to get caught up.  This info will be yours to keep forever, so there’s no rush to read and master.

  • q-iconWhat else do I need to buy to make this work?

    If you mean what other diets, supplements, books, or plans, nothing.  My goal is to teach you to find the wisdom and resources you already have and make the most of them by building skills.  There are no required books to buy or anything like that.  It’s just you, me, and communication.

    None.  Meal plans are so 2010.  I won’t be telling you what or how much to eat.  Instead, you’ll design your OWN way of eating.  It may seem scary at first, but it’s actually very liberating.  Your body…your rules!

    There is no workout plan that comes with this program, but we will be covering about how to know if exercise is working for you and how to change it up when needed.  Listening to your body about exercise is just as important as listening to it about food!
