"I first met Julie when my oldest was 5 months old, looking for help getting myself back on track after having a baby. It’s fair to say that I fell in love with her right away. Julie is what I consider a real deal, no judgment, no excuses kind of women! Immediately she taught me that hours in the gym wasn’t something I had to subject myself to. I have always thought that your mind is either your biggest supporter or your worst enemy and Julie got me on track to change the way I thought of myself and change the way I saw food. I can live my life without food controlling my every thought or plan, but I can also enjoy that piece of cake at a birthday party or dessert on date night and know that it is okay. I eat it, enjoy it, and move on! Do I follow my own advice perfectly? No, of course not, I just now know that things don’t happen over night, I am a work in progress and I am okay with that.
